You buy the device yourself, from any shop you like, and we set it up. That way you never pay a mark-up.

Setting up is only half the job. We stay to show you how to use it, check it works with your Wi-Fi, and leave simple written instructions by the device.
We can also connect the app to a family member's phone if you'd like them to be able to help.

£41 per device, including up to an hour for setup and showing you how to use it. You buy the device yourself, so there's no mark-up.

Which doorbell should I get?
It depends on your door, your Wi-Fi and whether you want to see who called while you were out. Get in touch before buying and we'll suggest something suitable.
Do I need Wi-Fi?
Most smart devices need home broadband with Wi-Fi. If you don't have it, we can explain your options.
Will you drill or wire things?
Most doorbells and devices are battery-powered and fit without wiring. For anything that needs an electrician, we'll tell you honestly.
