Who we are
Maureen & Partners provides tech and paperwork help for older people in Ealing, London. You can contact us about your data at hello@maureenandpartners.co.uk.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a visit, we collect your name, contact details, address, and notes about what you'd like help with. If a family member books for you, we also keep their contact details.
How we use it
We use your information only to arrange and carry out visits, send visit summaries to you (and to family if you ask us to), and take payment. We don't sell or share your information for marketing.
What we don't keep
We never record passwords, PINs or bank card details, and we don't take copies of your personal papers.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you use our service and for up to two years afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep records, such as invoices, for longer.
Our website
Our contact form is handled by our website host, Netlify. Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
