You stay in control

Your paperwork is your business. We help you understand it and decide what to do, but you make the decisions and you sign things yourself.

We never take your bank card, never handle cash, and never ask for your PIN or passwords. If a payment needs to be made, you make it, with us beside you if you'd like.

Regular help with the post

Many people find a monthly visit is enough to stay on top of things. With our monthly plan we come round once a month, go through what's arrived, and deal with anything that needs doing.

If you'd like, we send a short note to a family member afterwards, so everyone knows what's been sorted.

Price

£32 an hour, with a one-hour minimum. Or choose the monthly plan at £56 a month, which includes a 90-minute visit every month.

Questions

Can you deal with my bank for me?

We can help you understand letters and sit with you while you call or use your banking app, but we don't act on your behalf with money. That keeps you protected.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. We only keep the details we need to arrange your visits, and we don't take copies of your papers. See our privacy notice for details.

Do you give financial or legal advice?

No. We help you understand and organise your paperwork. For financial or legal advice we'll suggest you speak to an adviser, such as Citizens Advice or a solicitor.

Ready for a hand?
