| Home visit | Help with anything on your list: phones, computers, post, bills, forms or appointments. Your first visit includes a chat about what you need. One-hour minimum. | £32 per hour |
| Device setup | One device set up and shown to you, such as a new phone, tablet, video doorbell or smart speaker. Includes up to an hour; any extra time is £32 an hour. You buy the device, so there's no mark-up. | £41 per device |
| Monthly plan | A 90-minute visit every month, email help with quick questions between visits, and a short note to family after each visit if you'd like. | £56 per month |
Good to know
- These are our launch prices. If they ever change, existing clients get at least a month's notice.
- We cover homes across the London Borough of Ealing.
- Payment is by bank transfer or card, before the visit.
- You can cancel the monthly plan at any time.
- Booking a visit at home? You have 14 days to cancel. If you'd like us to visit sooner, we'll ask you to confirm that in writing.

Know someone who could use a hand? When a friend you recommend books their first visit, you get an hour of help free.
Our promises
Trust matters more than anything when someone comes into your home. These are the rules we work by on every visit.
- We never ask for your PINs or passwords, and we never take your bank card.
- Anything to do with money happens with you, and only with your say-so.
- Clear, fixed prices, agreed in writing before we start.
- A short written summary after every visit, sent to you or your family if you wish.
- We go at your pace. No jargon, no rushing, no question too small.
- If something isn't right for you, we'll say so honestly, even if it means less work for us.
